This cafe is “one of the most beautiful cafes in London and easily one of the best venues in Richmond”
- The Evening Standard
“Once at the head of the queue I was presented with a delicious berry smoothie and a huge plate of tasty falafel with four different salads, some splendid houmous and a roll…”
- Jasper Cotton, Waitrose Magazine
“Without a doubt the best coffee available anywhere in Richmond. My latte was made to order, just the way I like it…”
- Michelle Reeder, Recent Customer
“There can be few places on the Tube network as delightful as Richmond on a sunny day. In my book, the park, the river, the pubs, restaurants and shops add up to a spendid day out. The early morning sun bouncing off the Thames is just right for basking in and one of the best places to do so is Tide Tables Cafe, a vegetarian cafe in one of the archways under Richmond Bridge”
- Jasper Cotton, Waitrose Magazine
“Warning, this cafe is surprisingly popular. You will need to come early to avoid the crowds.”
- Richmond Magazine
You can sit outdoors under a canopy of trees – just grab a chair from the ones available and sit and watch the water flowing by. as you sip your cappuccino.”

What a wonderful find. We hadn’t visited Richmond before and just came across Tide Tables as we wandered about. Lovely location beneath the trees overlooking the river, and absolutely the most delicious lunch and one we’ll remember for a long time, Will most definitely be back.
